Ordering:

Wedding cake orders should be placed 3-6 months prior to your wedding date. 

On top of making cakes I also hold down a full time job. In order to give each cake my fullest attention, I only accept a limited number of cake orders per month.  I book on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A deposit and signed contract is required to reserve a date. Once our allotted spaces for the month are full, I cannot accept any additional orders. 

All non-wedding cake orders should be placed at least 4 weeks prior to your event date. 

I will always try my best to accommodate rush orders or orders placed less than 4 weeks in advance, but please order as soon as possible to make sure I am available.

I do not have items on hand to be ordered and picked up the same day.  I am one person making custom cakes, all of my cakes and cupcakes are baked and created to order. 


Payments/Deposits:

A nonrefundable, nontransferable retainer is required upon order placement. Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event. Checks will not be accepted for any payment made less than 2 weeks from due date.

Everything DeLizious accepts Cash, Money Order, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express debit and credit cards.

All wedding cakes require a damage/return deposit in the form cash or money order for the cake equipment used. The deposit will be held until all equipment is returned in the original condition and NO LATER than the Wednesday after the event.



Delivery:

Cakes will only be delivered locally. Meaning Davis, Salt Lake, Weber, and possibly Utah counties in Utah.

Delivery fees are as follows:

Salt Lake/Davis Counties:                                                                       $25.00

Park City:                                                                                                   $75.00

Areas other than those listed above are calculated based on distance.

Should the date, time or location of the reception change, the Client must notify Everything DeLizious immediately. Everything DeLizious will not be responsible for the cake being late due to changes on the Client’s part of which Everything DeLizious is not made aware at least 48 hours in advance of the originally scheduled delivery date and time.


Self Pick-up:

If the Client elects to pick up and set up the cake, the Client assumes all liability for the integrity of the cake once it passes into the Client’s possession and the Client cannot hold Everything DeLizious, having not delivered and set-up the cake, responsible for any problems that may develop with the cake after is has been transferred to the Client or the Client’s agent.


Specialized Cake Equipment:

If the cake requires columns, plates, stands, support systems (internal or external), or other specialized equipment, a deposit equal to the total replacement cost of the equipment will be left with Everything DeLizious at the time of signing of the contract, in cash or cashiers check, to ensure the return of all equipment.

The deposit will be held until all equipment is returned in the original condition and NO LATER than Tuesday after the event.

All equipment must be returned in person and not mailed, shipped, or “dropped off.” Failure to return the equipment by the Tuesday after the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit even if the equipment is eventually returned.

Everything DeLizious shall have final decision on the condition of the returned items. The cost of any missing items and/or the replacement cost of any items determined to be damaged will be deducted from the deposit.
